Vision

To provide knowledge, skills, and moral education (upbringing) to all students equitably and without any discrimination.

Aims

  • To ensure that every student graduating from the school becomes an individual accepted by society and possessing the upbringing to achieve success in their personal life.
  • To provide all students with the necessary support from the school, according to their individual skills and abilities, to enable them to become successful individuals in life.
  • To transform teaching into an engaging and participatory process that is considerate of students’ skills and abilities.
  • For the school to systematically provide students with the career guidance they need.

Parties Overseeing and Monitoring and Their Responsibilities

Planned Activities

  1. Workshop on Inclusive Teaching (including sessions for parents/guardians and students).
  2. Assess all students within the first 3 weeks, create Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) for identified students, and begin implementing these plans from the 5th week.
  3. Establish a system for weekly communication with students receiving support under the Individualized Support Plan and their parents/guardians (including developing guidelines for meetings and a reporting format).
  4. Install a message board related to Inclusive Education on the school premises (potentially linked to Family Day).
  5. Conduct an activity, open to all school stakeholders and the public, regarding the different aspects of inclusion and ways to provide support for these areas.
  6. Introduce a Buddy System.
  7. Establish an SEN classroom and acquire the necessary resources for it (potentially linked to Family Day).
